1. Owner and purpose
These terms and conditions govern access to and use of the website nulbix.com, owned by ETER ORIGIN CORP. (“Nulbix”, “we” or “us”), a corporation incorporated in the State of Wyoming (United States), with registered address at 30 North Gould Street, Suite R, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States. By browsing this website, users accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use it.
2. Description of the service
Nulbix is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product for businesses —clinics and other appointment-based businesses— that allows them to:
- reply on WhatsApp to their patients’ or customers’ questions using the official information provided by the business itself;
- offer available time slots and book appointments in the business’s calendar;
- send appointment reminders and request attendance confirmation;
- hand the conversation over to a member of the business’s team when needed;
- view conversations and appointments from a web dashboard.
The service includes setup and configuration by our team, and support for the duration of the contract. Nulbix does not provide healthcare services and does not offer medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
3. Website information and contracting
The information on this website is for guidance only and does not constitute a binding offer. The service is not purchased through this website: it is contracted through a commercial proposal and a service agreement signed with each client, which set out the scope, duration and terms of the service.
Nulbix is offered exclusively to businesses and professionals, not to consumers.
4. Price and billing
The price of the service, expressed in euros (EUR), and the payment method are stated in the commercial proposal and in the contract signed with each client. This website does not display prices and does not allow purchases.
When payment is made by card or by direct debit, it is processed through a third-party payment provider that complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). ETER ORIGIN CORP. does not store full payment card details.
5. Cancellation and refunds
The terms regarding duration, cancellation and refunds of the service are those set out in the contract signed with each client.
To cancel the service or to request any refund provided for in their contract, clients can write to us through the contact form stating the name of their business. We will handle the request in accordance with that contract.
6. User obligations
Users agree to use this website lawfully and to provide truthful information when contacting us. Using the website for unlawful or harmful purposes, or in any way that may damage or impair its normal operation, is prohibited.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website and the Nulbix software are owned by ETER ORIGIN CORP. or used under license. Using them does not grant users any rights over them, except those expressly granted in the contract with each client.
8. Liability
ETER ORIGIN CORP. is not liable for damages arising from use of the website contrary to these terms, or for temporary unavailability of the website. Liability arising from the provision of the service is as set out in the contract with each client.
9. Data protection
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy.
10. Changes
ETER ORIGIN CORP. may modify these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its update date.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
Contracted services are governed by the corresponding contract and, for anything not covered by it, by the laws of the State of Wyoming (United States). Use of this website is governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to any rights that consumer protection law may grant to the user.
