Nulbix is a business-to-business (B2B) service. The clinic subscribes to it to manage communication with its patients and its schedule.
- It doesn’t replace your team. It takes care of repetitive questions and bookings, and leaves people the cases that need them.
- No medical advice. Nulbix does not provide healthcare services: it manages the clinic’s communication and appointments.
- Data processed on behalf of the clinic. We process patient data only on each clinic’s instructions, under a data processing agreement, in accordance with the GDPR.
- It says it’s an automated assistant. From the very first message, the patient knows they are talking to the clinic’s automated assistant.
